Appointment Policy

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please call our office at 716-633-7123 at least 24 hours in advance. When we are provided with adequate notice, another sick patient can likely be cared for during that time.

A late cancellation is one which is cancelled without 24-hour notice.  A missed appointment is one for which a client does not call and does not present.

Following two late cancellations and/or missed appointments, we will require a client to leave a non-refundable deposit before scheduling future appointments. The deposit for an office call is equal to the amount of the exam fee. The deposit for a drop-off procedure/surgical appointment is $100.00. Deposits will be applied to the balance of the visit.

A client that arrives 10 minutes or more late to a scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule.

Further issues with appointments may result in additional measures.
