STOP PERIODONTAL DISEASE IN ITS TRACKS!!

Periodontal disease, which includes gingivitis and periodontitis, is inflammation and/or infection of the gums and bone around your pet's teeth.  It is caused by bacterial that accumulate in the mouth, forming soft plaque that later hardens into tartar.  If left untreated, periodontal disease will eventually lead to tooth loss.
